The Selection Process 2027 was announced by the Federal Institute of Minas Gerais (IFMG), offering 4,985 free spots in technical and undergraduate courses. To apply, interested parties must access the official website of the institution between August 3 and September 14.
The opportunities are distributed across 18 campuses in the following cities: Arcos, Bambuí, Betim, Congonhas, Conselheiro Lafaiete, Formiga, Governador Valadares, Ibirité, Ipatinga, Itabirito, Ouro Branco, Ouro Preto, Piumhi, Ponte Nova, Ribeirão das Neves, Sabará, Santa Luzia, and São João Evangelista.
Course Modalities
- The integrated technical courses will have in-person exams on November 1.
- For subsequent technical courses, the selection will be by lottery.
- In undergraduate courses, the assessment will include an online essay and the grades from the Enem or Sisu.
Additional Information
- Those who are low-income or come from public schools can apply for a waiver of the registration fee between August 3 and 21.
- The registration fees are R$ 75 for integrated technical courses and R$ 50 for subsequent technical and undergraduate courses.
